What Causes Pain And Tingling Sensation On The Toes And Knees?

i FELL EARLIER TODAY AND HURT MY TOES AND MY KNEE. i WAS GETTING TINGLING LIKE PINS AND NEEDLES FROM KNEE DOWN AND THEN i GOT A SHAP PAIN IN MY BIG TOE BUT IT WENT AWAY AND SO DID THE TINGLING FOR A MINUTE. NOW i GOT A PAIN IN MY ANCLE, TINGLING IS BACK AND COLD SWEATS. cOULD IT BE A BLOOD CLOT?

Tingling in leg indicates peripheral nerve damage. Possible causes can be diabetes, chronic kidney disease, leprosy, vertebral compression, vasculitis and hypothyroidism etc.
Advice
1.     Take rest
2.     Avoid strenuous activity
3.     Methylcobalamin 500 mcg once daily per oral for 3 months
4.     Gabapentin 100 mg every 8 hours per oral for 15 days
5.     Consult a physiotherapist. Physiotherapist will suggest exercise for relieving such pain
6.     Investigation
a.     blood sugar (F & PP)
b.     serum creatinine
