What Causes Pain And Tremors In The Body Along With Fatigue?

I am a 37 year old lady. I am an athelete and also exercise in regular pattern. Of late i have developed muscle pains and tremors, severe fatigue, body pains and also severe palpitations. I have recently checked my report and it showed hyperthyroidism. Also my thyroglobulin antibody is 9.07 and Anti Thyroid Peroxidase is 13.14 IU/ml. I am currently on medication with Methimez 10mg (1/ A/BF and 1A/D) and Betacep T/R 40mg for tremors, for past 2 days, but i am still uneasy and feel dizzy during work hours. I would like to know if the medication is correct and if there is any natural way of reducing Hyperthyroidism.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

According to your persistence symptoms there is little more demand of anti thyroid drugs so, the dosage of the drugs can be changed. I advise you to consult your physician for the change in dosage and I suggest you to take an ECG also. Try adding Green vegetable juices and ginger to your diet.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
