What Causes Pain And Varicocele In Testicles?

hi i recently have been 2 the doctors with testical problems my left testial was like a bag of worms and lots of pain the doctor said it seems like a varicle i have been taking antin inflamatries and after 4 weeks all seems to be ok was this caused by an infection or have i lifted someting wrong causeing it to go like that suddenly also can i start excercising now it seems to be ok now thanyou

Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.

The ''bag of worms'' means this is a large varicocele and you also have pain.

I would suggest you the following:
-Get an ultrasonography and color doppler done and get a confirmatory diagnosis that there is no other problem like orchitis or so.
-Consult a General Surgeon or an Urologist , discuss and get an appointment for a surgery called Varicocelectomy meaning excision of the extra mass, if you want to get the results.

Till then give scrotal support.
Do not do any strenuous job or activities,
