What Causes Pain And Weakness In The Feet?

i have aches in my left leg and top of foot. it is difficult to walk much distance and i don t trust my legs on stairs due to weakness. i get like zing pains that go from top of leg to top of foot. If i sit for more than 20 minutes it zings . if i walk for too long I get zings .

Hi,

It may be due to peripheral vascular disease due to impaired blood supply to your legs.

Consult a surgeon and plan for a Doppler scan to assess the blog flow to your limb.

As of now, you can take analgesics like Tramadol for pain relief.
