What Causes Pain And Weakness In The Forearms And Fingers?

Hello, I have pain in my triceps area and weakness along my forearms, hands and fingers. I have difficulty clenching my fingers and when I force them closed I feel extreme pain inside of forearms and triceps area. When I do housework, vacuuming, dusting, cooking over a period of days I end up suffering from severe flareups which I can only settle by remaining in bed and not using my arms or hands for weeks at a time. I ve had MRI of spine and shows compression of C5/ C6, C6/C7 which explains the neck pain that I get but doesn t explain the other areasof pain. I have done conduction and emg tests and they are all normal.

i see your concern in it as it is very much painfull condition to do your day to day activity as fingers & hand play a very important role in activity of daily life

friendly speaking compression of such nerves at the this level causes damage to brachial plexuses formed by these roots which supply these muscles of hand

so be sure to do exercise at neck it u can do

rest only a gud neurological surgery ll help to get rigid of this medical problem

rest some medication like

inj.methylcobalamin 2500mg im thirce in a week
tab.nalaxone 1bd
tab.pregablin 75mg 1hs
some mucle relaxant like tizan 1bd will so

also a advice for wearing a cervical band/collor to avoid further damge of nerves at the level u said
