What Causes Pain And White Patches On Penis Head?
Hi Dr. I am Ajay, I have some infectional problem in my penis head, its been for 1 day, and its paining too. Yesterday morning when I gone too pee I felt some pain on that, I just take a closer look and found white patches on the tip of the penis head. And that part become too sensitive, if apply water I feel like firing, Please suggest me some healing cream.

White patches may sometimes indicate that there may be fungal infection and an antifungal cream may help however it may be best to be assessed by your doctor to make sure a urinary tract infection is not present.
If this is not an option at this time then you can an antifungal cream to see if this helps.
These would be available over the counter.
