General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to hormonal imbalance, mastitis, fibrocystic disease, breast abscess, duct ectasia/papilloma, cancer.
If it is related with menstrual period then it could be due to fibrocystic disease.
I would suggest to consult general surgeon for examination, USG scan if needed.
Specific treatment depend on cause:
Take ibuprofen for pain
Apply warm pad application
Prescribed antibiotic like cefuroxime
Wear full paddded supported bra
Hope this may help you

Contact further if follow up needed
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
