General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Sometimes one or two bits of suture material got stuck inside and causing pain.

Consult a general surgeon and get evaluated. You can go for an ultrasound scan for further assessment.

As of now, you can take analgesics like Tramadol or Aceclofenac for pain relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
