What Causes Pain Around My Chest?

Hi, i have pain accross the middle of my back just under my lungs, it isnt there all the time, when i sit on my knees and stretch forward then try and straighten myself, it seems to hurt then, i have been told by the doctor that my lungs are clear. What could this be?

Possibility of musculoskeletal pain is more likely because your pain is associated with specific position and movement.
So avoid movements causing pain. Avoid sudden jerky movements of chest.
Avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise.
Apply warm water pad on affected areas of chest.
Take simple painkiller like paracetamol or ibuprofen.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
