What Causes Pain Around Shoulder Blade And Rib Area?

For the past two days, I have been having pain around my left shoulder blade and in the rib area whenever I try to take a deep breath or move a certain way. I had a nurse listen to my lungs today where I work, and she said my lungs sound fine. What can it be? Thank you.

it may be related to cervical spondilytis. have to use cervical color. take tab combiflam after food for 5days.
