What Causes Pain Around The Abdomen On The Right Side?

I m 32 yrs of age and have this sharp pain stabbing like pain on the right side kind of in the middle. if I try and press down on it it s painful and diatribute s all around and feels tender,I did have an ultrasound done,and found to have moderate fatty liver a few years back I m not sure if it s related to this pain I m getting.

Hello,

Fatty liver does not generally cause pain, especially sharp pains. Because you have had the ultrasound years ago, you may need to repeat it and make sure your gallbladder, liver, pancreas and other structures close there are normal.
