What Causes Pain Around The Breast And A Lump On The Arm?
A week ago I started getting pain in my right breast that runs under my arm and into my back the doctor said it was a trapped muscle well today I ve noticed a lump on my arm halfway up from my wrist it s not sure but I ve had pins and needles all day is it connected ?

The nerve compression can lead to pins and needle sensation in the arm. If you are having a lump in the arm as per mentioned history that should be investigated with FNAC to rule out nature of the lesion.
Your neurological examination also should be done. I suggest you consult a physician for a detailed evaluation.
