What Causes Pain Around The Hip On The Right Side?
My hip hurts. If I sit then stand my right hip around the glut becomes very painful. I can t lift my leg to touch my foot like when you put your sock. Right leg only. I m a big runner. Symptoms Happened unexpectedly at night after a day s work at office

Hi,
It can be Arthritis or ligament injury like a problem. Some strenuous activities might be responsible for that. You can be prescribed an anti-inflammatory drug for five days. If no improvement than X-ray of hip joint should be done for further work up.
