What Causes Pain Around The Kidneys After A Back Surgery?

Hi. I had back surgery on Oct.4. The surgery went well but I m having pain on both sides about where my kidneys are. If I m sitting I don t have any pain. But as soon as I start an activity both sides hurt again. It goes away as soon as I sit down. What s happening?

I think the pain is related to back problems because it varies due to position of spine.
When you stand up the ankle changes and put more pressure in back muscles.
