What Causes Pain Around The Navel, Vomiting And Diarrhea?

Have pain around umbilical area going up .went to e.r.4 days ago could not get a diagnosis.blood work done c.t. Scan, ultrasound to check gallbladder.was told all exams were negative.pain is persistent and have had some vomiting and diarrhea.what should I do next?

Hi,

Probably is a viral gastroenteritis. You could have done even stool culture the day you went to ER. Use Simethicone for loose stools and probiotics such Enterogermina to establish the intestinal flora. Drink lots of fluids and water to keep hydrated.
