Lately I have been having headaches around my right temple. It hurts more when I sneeze. When the headache subsides a sneeze can bring it back. Also for the past month or so I have had chest congestion on and off. I do have allergies and sinuses. I just wanted to know if it was anything I should be concerned about.
Since you have a history of allergy & sinusitis, symptoms of pain & headache that you have may be due to it. Get physically examined by an ENT, get X-ray PNS done to detect the severity of sinusitis.
Other medical conditions that can cause you discomfort is tension headache, migraine or cluster headache. Get evaluated. Your treatment will depend upon the severity of the pathology detected.
Neglect will only result in worsening of the symptoms. Stay well hydrated, take adequate sleep, avoid oily food, maintain eating timings & stay away from addictions if any.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
