What Causes Pain Around The Vagina On The Right Side?

I m a 47 year old woman and I m having pain on my lower right side near my vagina area and I was dx last year with having a cyst on my right side and 2 fibroids on my left side. I have been having the pain for a week where I m having muscle spasms in my lower right back.

Thank you for asking in HCM. I understand your concern. To determine your pain I recommend you to see a doctor. Getting an ultrasound to check the size of the your fibroid tumor and follicles, 1 x rays taken to distinguish pelvis with a ureteral stones.
Both possibilities are dangerous and need to be treated early.
