ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi, you seem to be having an ulceration or inflammation at the lower end of the food pipe at its junction with the stomach. The common causes are alcohol and smoking but still commoner is the acid reflux. So, please use a proton pump inhibitor along with syp. Sucralfate before meal. Avoid spicy, oily and junk food as well as avoid taking excessive tea, coffee and things should be fine in few days. Regards
