What Causes Pain At Pacemaker Implantation Site?

Hi I am having pain around my pacemaker That was implanted 4 years ago. When I touch a certain area around pacer I get a little sting or kind of feels like a little shock. Yesterday and today I have been feeling light headed and really tired. I have cardiomyopathy (left ventricular hypertrophic) I had open heart surgery for extra muscle to be removed. Dont know if I should go to ER or wait and see Dr. on Monday.
