What Causes Pain At The Back Of The Head And Upset Stomach?

Hello, I have really bad headaches in the back of my head. They wake me up at night, The right side of my head seems to hurt more often and the back. I have to be switching sides at night because it hurts so much. Now I am getting an upset stomach and I don t know if it is related or if the pain is causing it. The pain has been going on for years!!! 10 at least, the upset stomach is just recently.

Hi,

It seems like headache pattern of tension type headache but migraine may be ruled out. Stomach condition can also be triggered by the same as gastritis may occur. Using antacids like omerperazole before meals may be helpful.
