What Causes Pain At The End Of Urination?

Hi I am a 21 year old female, and recently having these problems....I think I my urethra's tube may be coming out of its spot? Or there is a tube that is there that is in the opening of my vaginal opening, and seems it is coming from my urethra....?? Dont know what to do, recently i have been having pain just at the end of urinating...any ideas???
