Hello,
Firstly congratulations on becoming a mother. Secondly, sorry to hear about the symptoms you are facing.
These symptoms are common in most of the C-section surgery as there is a horizontal incision made at the lower abdomen region which will almost cut the major muscles of the abdomen and some deep muscles of the
pelvic floor.
Due to the cut and suture later on, there is a change in the bio-mechanics of the muscles and the pain is common due to the weakness.
Usually, the team of the gynecologist consists of the physiotherapist too who has to work over the muscles of the abdomen and pelvic floor post surgery to help provide strength in the muscles.
During
pregnancy, there is abdominal muscles stretch and lengthening of it and after the surgery there is a total weakness.
A need to have some
physiotherapy post surgery is advised so there is no trouble to the internal organs like the
uterus and the bladder.
Most cases responds well to the exercise and have a good strength in the muscles to avoid such symptoms.
I will advise you to meet up the physiotherapist who can help you make the abdominal and pelvic floor muscles stronger so the unusual cramps and pain can be avoided.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
