Hi

Some degree of discomfort in the form of pain ,itching and stretching sensation is common at the site of Caesarian section ,
All these symptoms occur since the skin is slowly healing and it takes time for complete recovery .
So my advise would be to look out for the signs of infection .
If there is excessive pain at the stitch site along with redness or swelling or any kind of discharge, then you will surely have to see your treating doctor.
