What Causes Pain At The Incision Site Of Appendicitis Surgery?

Had appendicitis 4 months ago and untill now I still have pain in my incesion area and it gets stronger when having my period or gases and it feels like something is really hurting inside when I wear any thing tight around my abdomen what could this be as the pain is getting stronger every day ? Could it be just scaring or adhesion aro something else ? ???

Scarring will not cause pain . Yes adhesion is a good possibility but it will be usually Vomiting or Constipation.

More than adhesion I think there might be infection at or inside the incision site . Infection can definitely explain pain without Vomiting or Constipation.

My advise to you is to get Ultrasound Abdomen Pelvis scan done . This will help in differentiating whether it's an infection or adhesion. Kindly don't neglect as both conditions can cause serious complications and both conditions are easily treatable.
