What Causes Pain At The Side Of The Chest?

Good day Doctor,

I would not take your time but would go straight to the point. I write you because all of medical specialist sourced locally have been unable to indentify the core of the problem and every treatment given has proved futile but my health status persists. What i ask is only expert judgemnt, advise or recommendation from you and nothing else. This assistance may just save a life.

I have pains in my sides (chest region, right and left), this has been going on for some time over two years. It comes and it disappears only to re-appear more severe than before. It tends to increase in cold enviroment such as in extreme cold weather or in an air conditioned facility. After checks, medical pratitioners here has ruled out the prospect of pneumonia as i have not the fever and constant coughs that may be associated with pneumonia. I have been dismissed many atimes with mere pain killers and advise that the pains will eventually disappear overtime, but this has been very far from the truth. I have even taken pneumonia pill on my own just in case the specialist diagonsis was insufficient, yet no positive results.

I have but few options othan than to take my case over the web and seek answers, recomendation and/or medication from experts that would help me, as silence may be very dangerous. Besides the pains in the sides and my high blood pressure, i do not feel or have any other symptoms that may indicate any other sickness or so, yet this pain worsens and affect me seriously even on my job performance. I am a 26year adult male.

Please i seek your advise on my position. I realise you may hardly have the time but just one or two minutes reponse would be greatly appreciated and may just be saving a life.
