What Causes Pain At The Site Of A Drained Cyst Upon Exercising?

I had a cyst a couple years ago and it has caused a hole in my skin where it was. There s nothing in it. It s just a hole. It hasn t changed any shape or anything. But recently when I do some strenuous things it hurts. If I don t do anything it doesn t. What s that mean?

This mean that the cyst is possibly filling with fluid and this is causing the pain while stretching. A closer examination by a doctor is needed to evaluate it's conditions
