What Causes Pain At The Tip Of Penis During Erection?

HI I am a 16 yr old male who has phimosis, and I get a stinging pain at the tip of my penis when I get an erection. Also i get really bad stinging pains in the penis when I wake up after having a dream containing sex. I believe this is due to me not being able to realease semen probably? And also I have spots on my penis which my doctor says are normal.

I'm not sexually active, and I have never pulled my foreskin back fully due to having phismosis.

So could I have Any diseases or anything.

Also if it helps I get abdominal pains frequently. And my doctor docent really know whats causing them.

Well come to HCM
If this is phimosis then this would cause the pain at the time of erection and some time this may cause difficulty in ejaculation, and in my opinion the best way to get rid of this problem is circumcision in my opinion better to have advise from uro- surgeon, hope this helps.
