What Causes Pain At The Tip Of Penis Radiating To Abdomen?

My 9 year old son is suddenly complaining of sharp pain in the tip of his penis that extends into the center of his belly? He can urinate without pain but doesn t feel like his bladder is completely empty. No rash or sores around his penis. He is circumcised. He soaked in a hot bath and it has helped for now.

I really appreciate your concern, there is only option that can be tried one is complete urine test and ultrasonography test else this complain may not be due to any disease but it can not be taken as granted or neglected hope this information helps.
