What Causes Pain At The Upper Trapizus Muscle After Hyper Extending The Neck?

Hyperextended my neck while getting out shower. Now hurts severly at the upper trapizus muscle where it connects to lower head area.Hurts when i turn left or right and down foward.Stablized when I am straight looking straight forward? Some bruising also on middle neck area?

youhave developed cervical spondilosis because of hyperextension of neck take neck color avoid pillow at bedtime. worm p-homantation on neck take tab combiflam two times daily. use hard bed.
