Question: Often every few weeks or months I will have an ache behind my eyes. That ache is sometimes very light that I don t even notice or sometimes that ache hurts and turn into a light or bigger headache - but the ache is always behind my eyes. Sometimes this ache will affect other parts of my body. My throat will start to feel sore and my shoulders will ache. My shoulders usually do ache, but when I have the ache behind my eyes, it s especially worse/noticeable ache. What could cause all of this?
