What Causes Pain Behind Head?

Hi good mornig doctor im 56 year old army exserviceman curantly live in delhi and facing hevernes in head problms and back side head pain when i get up bed urly in morning from on month my bp -140/90,wait 92 kg,glucose (F)155,& glucose (PP)-239,hbA1c-7.90,hb-14.30,tlc-7500,cortiol mornig-9.7, main is Free T4 -4.18,and taking medcin thyroid(thyroxin/smcg 1AB 75 mg 1xod but problem in same When MRI brain is ok,stress Echo is nomal,hotler is ok,cbe,kft,lipid prof inormal fbs/pp normal
