What Causes Pain Behind Knee And Weakness?

I'm a 65 (just) yo female having pain behind my left knee. It is hard to step up into my car or to get up from the potty. i have had surgery for spinal stenosis in the past. Also, my legs feel heavy and weak. I have always been active but even walking is uncomfortable now. Who should I go see please?
