General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, pain behind ear does indicate possible middle ear infection with lymph node enlargement post auricular region. Moving sensation in brain is subjective phenomenon which is actually the nerve root involvement issues or disturbances in endolymph system of the inner ear.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
