What Causes Pain Behind Lower Ribs And Knot On Back Of Throat?

I am 37 year old female. Weight 145 - Height 5'5. I get this pain behind my lower ribs and it feels like a knot in the back of my throat. Almost hurts to breathe. This happens to me once a month or so. I can't really do anything until it goes away. Very uncomfortable.
