What Causes Pain Behind The Ankles?
I have pain in back of both ankles could not walk for 2days was unable to put any weight on them now can put weight on them and can walk but both ankles are swelled on inside and outside red and warm to the touch came out of nowhere what could be the problem

it is due to the tenosynovitis of the ankle. it is the inflammation of Achilles' tendon of ankle on both sides. hot fomentation and NSAIDs is the remedy
