What Causes Pain Behind The Eye And Double Vision With Short Term Memory Loss?

my left side of my head was hit really hard a little over a week ago, i had short term memory loss, double vision wich is getting better but about 2 hours ago my head started hurting on the left side and behind my right eye, it now feels freezing, almost like cold liquid is on the left side of the back of my head and left eye feels freezing..i dont have insurance and already have 2 extremely high er bills that im having trouble paying on..i cant go to the er unless i am pretty much going to die or have a stroke, also i am 25 year old female..what is your thought? thanks, very much appreciated!
