What Causes Pain Behind The Eyes Along With Sore Throat And Joint Ache?
I think I may have a flu. I had a flu shot. Right now I have a pain behind my eyes. I ve had a very sore throat & aching joints on &n off. I have a dry cough & lots of mucous. I am also hoarse. It s been about a week. I have been feeling better but I went out last night & my headache has been acting up.

Your symptoms suggestive of acute pharyngitis infection. It could be viral infection but after one week full resolution not there. So, I suggest you rule out bacterial infection by streptococcus. For that CBC and ASO titre advisable.
You can take decongestant tablet for symptomatic relief. After reports result if needed antibiotic course will be prescribed.
