General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Most probably you are suffering from a case of sinusitis/upper respiratory tract infection which might need a course of antibiotics. Please consult your physician regarding this. Also it is mandatory to get your blood pressure checked. Sometimes high blood pressure can also cause headache.

Steam inhalation 3 times a day which might help loosen the thick mucus.
Drink warm fluids at regular intervals.

Hope this helps.
Regards,
Dr. Divya Kuttikrishnan
