What Causes Pain Behind The Left Eye, Fatigue And Dizziness?

I ve been getting sharp pain behind left eye on left side of brain during heavy physical activity. I am in great condition for a 25 year old but have been getting extremely exhausted and light headed when working out. Eyes get bloodshot sometimes as well. Any thoughts?

Hello,

Sharp pain behind the left eye. lightheadedness and redness of eyes during heavy exercise can be due to hypertension. I suggest you to get your blood pressure measures on three different occasions by your physician.
