Hi,

This can be due to various reasons such as a problem in a temporomandibular joint which often becomes the cause of pain in the ear. It can be also from problems in teeth in the mouth. There can be also middle ear infection and cervical spondylitis.

The final conclusion can be drawn based on examination and case history. First assess yourself if you have any problem with teeth, chewing, joint issues or problems in posture. If you can forward details it will be better so that you can be accordingly guided.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
