Hello,

Possible causes of fibula pain after knee replacement is

1. Ankylosis
2. Infection
3. Calcification of ligament between tibia and fibula
4. Crystal deposition
5. Pressure fractures
6. Muscle atrophy

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Please get it done physical therapy. Use tablet Aceclofenac with paracetamol twice a day for five days. Get an X-ray of knee and ankle joints. Review with reports or consult with your orthopedist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
