Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. It appears to be the kidney infection, or the neuralgia of the spinal nerves of that area, due to some defects of the vertebrae. I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have an M.R.I. for diagnosis. I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms nuerotropic injections for 10 consecutive days and then periodically. supplements of calcium, vitamin D, and pain killers when needed. Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods. wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
