What Causes Pain Below Ribs?

I've been suffering a pain just below my left ribs for about 6 years. It feels like there something inflamation inside. I have undergone stomach, intestine tests (endoscopy & colonoscopy) and all results are normal. Until, it came to my ind that it might be a nerve problem. What can you say about it. Thank you.
