What Causes Pain Below The Breast On The Left Side While Coughing?

I have a pain on my left side, right below my breast that feels like I hurt a rib, pulled a muscle away from my rib. But I had no injury, just woke up the 4th with the pain. It jabs pain when I cough, sneeze or move quickly. I could work out on the treadmill, but could not lift weights.

Your presentation is more likely a musculer skelatal type of pain. It is unlikely of a cardiac origin.
I belive your symptoms will improve with OTC simple analgesics;etc Diclofenac sodium or ibuprofen.
You may need to consult your family physician if not improving.
