What Causes Pain Below The Navel?

Please... I am having pain, 3 inches below belly button (centered) - and pressure on bladder, urinating often, but urine is clear. I am in pain when sitting, laying or standing. I am awakened about 3 am in pain due to needing to urinate, sitting too long makes it worse. This just started in last week. I have never had this before.

It sounds like a urinary tract infection. I suggest you see your doctor for urinalysis and urine cultures.
