What Causes Pain Below The Navel?

I have a 13 year old boy that has been covered with poison oak, now he is experiencing pain just below his belly button that he states that if feels as if someone is squeezing his stomach, but after 30min - 1 hr it goes away. Any ideas of what might be causing this, I see that it is pretty intense by the way he acts. Hopefully you can shed some light

this must be some colicky pain in the abdomen. Some antibiotics such as Tab ofloxacin+ornidazole twice daily and Tab meftal- spas can be given and will relieve him of the symptoms. and if still pain persists, then you should go for an USG while abdomen to rule out the case.
