Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

I passed carefully through your question and would explain that your symptoms could be related to biliary stones or your kidneys.

Appendicitis is usually associated with pain in the left pelvic region.

Anyway, I recommend performing an abdominal ultrasound and some blood lab tests (complete blood count, PCR, ESR, kidney and liver function tests.)

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka,
