What Causes Pain Below The Shoulder Blade?

Since yesterday I have had a pain right below my shoulder blade, difficulty breathing, since has gotten worse, hard time bending over or even putting shoes on and feels like its traveled also to lower back. It started coming up around front also. Seems like whole right of my torso. My friend says I need tie go to chiropractors because my ribs out? I told her I do t think so a d don t want one touching me if that s the case.

I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, possibility of musculoskeletal pain is more likely.
But you are also having breathlessness, so better to rule out lung related diseases first.
So get done chest x ray.
Of chest x ray is normal then no need to worry much.
Avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise. Avoid movements causing pain. Avoid sudden jerky movements.
Apply ice packs and warm water pad alternately.
Take simple painkiller and muscle relaxant drugs.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
