Hello, my name is Dr.Dorina Gurabardhi. I understand your concern.
There are many causes which can cause Waist Pain but the common cause is injury or Overuse.
Some advices that I can give to you are :
-rest and stay away from activities that may exacerbate the pain
- Applicate heat and ice also helps
-Steroid injections for pain relief and decrease inflammation of the nerve.
-Massage: Massaging the affected area may also be very helpful for treating Waist Pain
