What Causes Pain Beneath The Lower Left Breast?

I have pain beneath my lower left breast sometimes it s a sharp pain Then it just hurts proably a 5 out of ten after the shark pain I get it proably 5 times a week it happeneds whyle I m in the middle of doing something like just a few minutes ago I just bent down to fix my bed sheet and I had a very sharp pain there I m only 18 do you have any idea what I should do ? I also have sharp pains in my hands and feet sometimes .

Hello,

Your symptoms are typical of local musculo-skeletal pain, probably local inflammation or chostochondritis. For this reason, you should not worry about it! I would just recommend taking ibuprofen 400 mg three times daily for a week, to help against inflammation. Warm local packs can help too.
